Since 6 July 2008, the Hong Kong Civil Aviation Department (CAD) has assumed the role of the Coordinator for Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA). Please send all slot requests to hkgslot@cad.gov.hk via email in the IATA SSIM format.

Slots for HKIA are allocated on the basis of all the applicable Coordination Parameters,
which are the operational limits of all technical, operational and environmental factors at
the airport.
